Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Customer Experience Officer, Vitamin Shoppe
Stacey Renfro is a seasoned retail executive with more than 25 years of experience in e-commerce, stores, planning and merchandising. Stacey is currently the executive vice president and chief digital and customer experience officer at Vitamin Shoppe. Previously, she was senior vice president of e-commerce for Pier 1 Imports. In 2013, Stacey joined Pier 1 Imports to lead the growth and re-launch of Pier1.com, growing it from $30M over $350M in just four years. Prior to joining Pier 1 Imports, Stacey served as the divisional vice president of e-commerce for JCPenney where she led close to a billion dollar business. During her time at JCPenney, she held multiple leadership positions within the merchandise planning and e-commerce organizations. Before JCPenney, Stacey held various roles at HSN, OshKosh B’Gosh, Old Navy, and Sears. In 2016, Stacey was recognized as one of the top ten women in retail technology by Chain Store Age.
Stacey currently serves on the Board of Directors for City House, a children’s organization with the primary mission to help at-risk children and young adults who have been abused, neglected or are homeless. She also is on the Board of Governors for The University of North Texas (UNT) College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism. Stacey is active in the digital retailing community, serving as a member of the Digital Retailing Advisory Board for UNT, and Think Tank Member for the Global Digital Retailing Research Center. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.
