Director of Marketing Strategy, Macy's
Nicole Mason is the director of marketing strategy at Macy’s Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy rooted in acquisition and retention specifically for Macy’s innovation efforts.
In 2012, Nicole led cross-functional teams in developing the first-ever live shopping experience for NBC’s Fashion Star, a designer competition show featuring Macy’s.
In 2014 she was named among Macy’s Best of the Best in the Omnichannel category for Mobile Innovation & Activations.
Nicole is currently an advisory board member of the Fashion Incubator of San Francisco and was named among the 2016 Brand Innovators San Francisco 40 under 40 in Brand Marketing.
