Kristen D’Arcy is the head of performance digital marketing for American Eagle Outfitters, Inc..
Prior to this current role, Kristen was the senior vice president of e-commerce and digital media for Oscar de la Renta. She was responsible for building the brand’s e-commerce business, overseeing operations, buying and merchandising of OscardelaRenta.com, in addition to managing teams leading online acquisition and loyalty efforts.
Kristen also was responsible for Ralph Lauren’s U.S. digital marketing activities, including search, email and affiliate teams.
Having spent over 10 years in the digital space, Kristen honed her skills at award-winning advertising agencies, including Tribal DDB and R/GA, helping Fortune 500 companies achieve their business objectives by creating digital-centric campaigns executed across multiple channels and platforms with constant optimization to deliver ongoing return on investment.
Kristen is able to employ through-the-line tactics to synergistically connect consumers to brands. In addition to branded website and e-commerce strategic expertise, she understands how to use social and mobile channels to drive engagement, advocating the notion that brands are content providers as well as storytellers.
Finally, she’s passionate about technology; specifically, how its evolution continually influences consumer behavior and overall buying patterns.
