Christina Stembel

Christina Stembel always knew she wanted to start a business that would utilize her creativity, solve a real problem, and having the potential to scale big.

She dreamed up the idea for Farmgirl Flowers in 2010, quit her job at Stanford University, and launched the company from her dining room in San Francisco.

As founder and CEO, Christina’s built Farmgirl from less than $50,000 in self-funding into a company with more than 75 employees that generates more than $15 million in annual revenue.

She’s not stopping there though. Christina plans to grow Farmgirl’s annual revenue while creating a business you’d want to buy from, sell to, and work for — because she believes it’s just the right thing to do.
