Ani Hadjinian is the president of Stella & Dot Family Brands, which includes flagship accessories brand Stella & Dot; Keep Collective, an innovative charm concept on leather wrap bracelets, metallic bangles and necklaces exclusively sold by KEEP “Designers”; and EVER, a revolutionary, high performance beauty brand that delivers quality skincare and makeup products developed with clean beauty in mind, exclusively sold through “Specialists.”

Ani oversees all design, execution and sales – including, marketing, creative, field development, merchandising, PR and design – for all three brands. In addition to her brand roles, she also plays a critical role in building highly effective teams and cultivating a high functioning culture.

Having rapidly excelled within The Family of Brands, Hadjinian formerly served as general manager of EVER. Prior to EVER, Hadjinian spent ten years as an executive at Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., most recently as general manager, North America for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

Prior to EVER, Hadjinian spent ten years as an executive at Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. (ELC), most recently as General Manager, North America for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

Before her accomplished career in beauty, Hadjinian began her career in investment banking focused on consumer and retail industries.
